BGB INNOVATION BEST PRACTICE
BGB Engineering Ltd was chosen as a ‘Pioneer’ for the ‘Inside UK Enterprise’ best practice scheme in June 2000. Although the scheme has since ceased, BGB is part of the Onsite Insights national programme which promotes business to business learning.
BGB host visits for members of other companies to see how team working, staff empowerment and continuous improvement function within the business. We share experiences of successful and failed ‘culture change’ so that applicable ideas can be selected for implementation.
