BGB ENGINEERING STANDARD BRUSH HOLDERS

Our range of standard brush holders is very adaptable and lends itself to both fast and slow moving applications. Standard construction is brass with copper foil or braid connections although variations can be requested. Double spring versions and brushes are available where specified.

The range varies from simple callipers and cartridges to advanced fixed box holders with constant force springs and 22KV collectors.

Series D

High & low speed, one arm, standard body, current rating to 100A

Series DD

High & low speed, two arms, standard body, current rating to 600A

Series DA

High & low speed, one arm, body with lug, current rating to 150A

Series DDA

High & low speed, two arms, body with lug, current rating 100 to 300A

Series AC

Low speed, two arms, self-aligning brushes, current rating to 400A

Series Fixed Box

Two arms, heavy duty service, current rating to 500A

Paratec

High contact integrity, non-metallic body, current rating from 10 to 30A

Lightning Defence

Robust, designed to dissipate lightning energy, current rating to 120A
