“Despite the unseasonable and varying weather conditions over the last 12 months, our solar array has surpassed our expectations, given significant financial savings, and helped with BGB’s sustainability goals. Since the end of September 2022, the system has produced high volumes of electricity with 97% being used within the plant and 3% being exported back to the grid. Even on those short, cold and wet winter days the system still produced savings, a real testament to the efficiency of the latest solar technology.
