It is with regret to be announcing that Graham Matthews, Pat Dixon and Nick Smith have decided to retire from the business.
"I was lucky enough to join BGB back in July 2001 and have thoroughly enjoyed the 15 years working for the company, during which time I’ve seen it grow substantially and retire knowing that the people I’ll be leaving behind will enjoy the continued success of the business. I wish everyone good luck for the future.” Graham Matthews.
Walking, reading and shooting will occupy the majority of Graham’s time in retirement.
Also retiring at the end of February is White teams Nick Smith. Nick joined BGB back in February 2000 and has been an integral member of the tool room. Nick will enjoy his hobbies of gardening and walking when he retires at the end of this month.
"I’ve enjoyed working here for the last 16 years and enjoyed the people I’ve worked with. I wish everyone success in the future of the company.” Nick Smith.
Having just completed 25 years of service, Pat Dixon is the last of the three to retire. Pat joined the company back in 1990 and has had various roles in his long standing career.
"BGB have helped me both professionally and personally over this time and I thank them for this. My advice is go along with the ride and enjoy the rewards that follow.” Pat Dixon.
Everyone at BGB would like to wish them all a happy and peaceful retirement, and a big thank you for all they have contributed to the company.
