Introducing our latest employee, Heather Butters, Junior Marketing Assistant. After finishing her digital marketing apprenticeship at BGB and Grantham College, Heather is now continuing her marketing journey with us.
"After finishing my apprenticeship it gives me a chance to reflect on my time so far here at BGB. It has been one of the most rewarding and exciting experiences I have had and I am looking forward to continuing my journey with BGB. I could not have received more support from the company during my apprenticeship and for this, I am truly grateful."
Heather completed her two-year Digital Marketing course with Grantham College at the end of January 2024 having worked within BGB four out of five days a week putting into practice what she learned whilst also gaining real-life marketing experience within the company. "Heather has been a great asset to BGB conducting the majority of our internal marketing communications, email campaigns and setting up a BGB Intranet. She's worked very hard to get the qualification and we were keen to snap her up with a new full-time contract of employment." Said James Tupper, Head of Marketing.
